Terms

This page describes how the site currently works, in plain terms. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be treated as final, legally-vetted terms of service.

What BoliCast is

BoliCast is a directory for discovering Nepali podcasts. It indexes and links to episodes that are hosted elsewhere — on YouTube, or on the podcast's own RSS-hosted audio feed. BoliCast doesn't host this audio or video content itself, and doesn't claim ownership of it; rights to each show's content belong to its own creators.

Using the site

BoliCast is provided as-is, without guarantees about uninterrupted availability or that every listed show's content remains accurate or accessible over time (shows depend on external RSS feeds and YouTube playlists that BoliCast doesn't control).

Nepalwide ecosystem

BoliCast is one of several independent Nepalwide products and can be used on its own or through the wider Nepalwide experience.
